Tumbáo Latin Festival is a Dubai celebration of Cuban culture, music and dance that brings the spirit of Havana to the Middle East, hosted at an open-air venue at Dubai Science Park. The programme blends world-class Cuban salsa and timba workshops with live performances, DJ-driven parties and a strong sense of community, drawing top Cuban artists and GCC talent. After a debut January edition, the festival returns for its 2nd edition in the January 2027 season with workshops, socials and concerts under the Dubai sky.
