Sabor a Cuba Congress is Chile's flagship Cuban-salsa congress, organized by the Escuela de Salsa Sabor a Cuba and held in Viña del Mar. The 2026 edition is its third, bringing leading international figures of Cuban dance together with the most relevant Chilean and Chile-based instructors for a weekend of workshops and parties centered on casino, salsa cubana and Afro-Cuban rhythms. The congress takes place August 1 and 2, 2026 at the Hotel Sheraton Miramar in Viña del Mar, headlined by Cuban dancer, choreographer and singer Yoandy Villaurrutia 'Yoyo Flow', creator of the Salsa NewStyle.
