The Hungarian Summer Salsa-Sensual Festival (HSSF) is a week-long lakeside salsa and bachata holiday on the shores of Lake Balaton in Balatonfüred, running 7-13 July 2026 with a Pre-Fest on 7-8 July and the main festival from 9-13 July. The hub is the Balaton Szabadidő és Konferencia Központ on Horváth Mihály utca, with activities spilling out across beaches, the Annagora Aquapark and the lake itself. The festival blends salsa and bachata workshops with a full summer-holiday program: open-air socials, boat parties, a bachata championship, concerts, wine tours and beach parties under the sun. It is a long-established Hungarian summer event drawing dancers from across Europe to combine intensive workshops with a Balaton vacation.
