Clave Timbera is a Rome salsa and bachata school spread across four locations in the city, teaching Cuban salsa, bachata, rumba, afro and show groups from beginner to advanced. It frames itself as a big family where smiling is part of the dance, both in class and out on the floor. This recurring listing follows the school's weekend socials, where students gather to practise what they've learned and dance into the small hours. The crew also runs Bailalo, their flagship event that brings together dance schools from across the capital for a night of shared Caribbean rhythms.
