Baila Thursdays is Baila DC's signature salsa social, held twice a month (usually the first and third Thursdays) at La Cosecha in the Union Market district of Washington, DC. The night opens with a beginner salsa lesson at 7pm and rolls into open dancing from 8pm to 11pm with DJ-driven salsa and bachata in a warm, Latin-themed market space. Run by one of the DC area's leading salsa schools, the social draws hundreds of dancers of every level and background, with cocktails and food from nearby vendors.
